Technology Education is provided to all sixth grade students. The goal of the course is to give students an awareness of the role technology has in our society and its impacts. Students will be involved in hands-on activities both individually and as groups 

in the following technologies: Transportation, Manufacturing, Communication, and Construction. Emphasis is on group interaction, problem solving, and following directions.

Technology Education is provided to all seventh grade students. The goal of the course is to give students the opportunity to explore the technologies in the areas of transportation, construction, manufacturing, and communication. How these technologies influence our lives socially, economically, and environmentally is discussed. Group hands-on activities, as well as individual projects will be provided. Emphasis is on group interaction, problem solving, and following directions.

Technology Education is provided to all eighth grade students. The main focus of the course is to provide students the opportunity to develop a product and design procedures that will allow the product to be mass produced. Students will also be involved in designing a package for protection and advertising. Group hands-on activities, as well as individual projects will be provided. Emphasis is on group interaction, problem solving, and following directions.
