Girls Bear and Story (Sorry I tried to rotate it and it will not save for me....)
Traveling Bear – Girls 2010
“Screeeech,” went the teacher as she wrote on the blackboard. Well Daisy the bear was daydreaming of going to a masquerade party.
Then the teacher said, “Daisy! What is 3x1=?”
“Huh? “
“What is 3x1.”
“Oooo! It’s 3,” Daisy said as she remembered the gleaming crown she wore and her golden dress.
She was walking home from school when she saw a bottle at the side of the road. She picked it up and opened it. A genie came out.
“Since you let me free, you have three wishes.”
“Well, could I got a masquerade party with a gold dress and crown?”
“You have two more wishes.”
“Thank you Genie for the crown and the gold dress.”
Daisy asked for her second wish. “I would like to ride on a magical horse to the masquerade party. I want the magical horse to have wings, a horn and want the magical horse to be white and have gold in her mane.”
The Genie said, “You have one more wish.”
As the day turned into night Daisy Bear got on to the Magical horse and rode away in to the sparkling night sky.
“Next stop, the masquerade party,” said the Genie. They finally arrived at the masquerade party.
“Ok Genie, my last wish shall be to, to, marry a prince!”
“Whatever you say.” Zip, zap, zoop!! Went the genie with a touch of a finger.
The prince came running down the castle steps. Once he came to Daisy he bent down and said “Will you marry me?”
Daisy’s whole entire mouth came wide open.
“Well, what are you waiting for? Say something!” said the Genie.
“Yes, yes, YES!” said Daisy. So they both went on the magical horse and when they got to the castle they danced all night long until there was a very important announcement from the genie. “Prince Bear Bell, you shall marry Daisy Bear.”
So Daisy and Prince Bear Bell kissed on the lips. Then he went to Daisy’s house.
“I will see you in the morning to marry.” Then Daisy said to herself, “I will go to professional ball dancing lessons tonight.” So Daisy went to her wardrobe and put on a beautiful pink skirt. She learned four kinds of dance. She learned tap, ballet, acrobatic, and gymnastics. Finally, she was ready to marry. Once she got to church, Daisy and Bear Bell kissed again on the lips.
They headed starting to their big beautiful wedding party. Daisy Bear was able to show the prince all of her new dance moves she had learned. She asked him to be her partner. The whole crowd clapped and cheered as they danced all around. Everyone had so much fun. It was the best party in the whole wide world.
Then the party was all over and after the wedding, Daisy and her prince went to their castle and they told their friends. They packed their suitcases and went on their magical horse to go on their honeymoon. The magical horse flew them over a pretty rainbow to a beautiful beach. They played on the beach and swam in the water and made beautiful sandcastles. They had fun on their honeymoon and then it was time to come back home to their castle.
When they got back to the castle they went to get ice cream. They went to Friendly’s. “I want vanilla! I want chocolate!” they said. After, they went to the park for three hours. After they came back to take a nap. After the nap, Daisy jumped. “Everyone surprise” Daisy was happy. The surprise was a sleepover party and a singing party. There was her friend Samantha too. The next morning she woke up and went to her new castle to meet up with her prince.
WHAT WE ADDED FOR OUR ENDING:
Daisy still remembers her gleaming tiara and sparkly dress that she wore to the masquerade ball when she met the prince. She wishes to keep the feeling of being happy with the prince all her life. THE END!

Traveling Bear - Boys Story
Traveling Bears – Boys 2010
One fall day a bear named Ross went outside to play. There was a blanket of leaves covering the grass. Ross raked the blanket of leaves into a gigantic pile and jumped in. When he got out of the pile he realized that his right boot was missing!! So he went back in to find it. In the leaf pile he dug and dug and dug until he found something black. He picked it up and there was his boot, only to realize his hand was cold. He lost his checkered mitten in the leaf pile!!
Ross dug though the leaf pile and found his mitten. His neighbor came over to play with him. It was Monday – game night. Ross’s neighbor wanted to play checkers. When they had finished the checkers game, his friend had to go home. Ross went back outside to play in the leaves and found a big gray mitten. Ross wondered who it belonged too. So he went out of his yard and he went to a shop with tools and supplies and bought some stuff to build a spaceship. There he built a spaceship and got in to it. He blasted off to the desert. He got out of the spaceship and got on a camel.
He went to a pyramid and went inside and found an Egyptian King. He asked the King, “Is this your glove?” The king said, “yes!”
Then Ross went back in his spaceship and went back home. Then he went inside, he took a nap in his pajamas because he was tired from all that fun. After his nap, Ross jumped in the leaf pile. His friend Ryan jumped with him and had some fun. Ryan was Ross’s best friend. Ross made him a new shirt. He said thank you for the shirt.
“Oooooh! The karate shirt. My friend Raymond is going to take me to his karate class.”
So we walked in and said “Hello Sir,” and we started doing karate. We did kicks and punches and flying sidekicks. We learned about self-respect and self-discipline. We learned all the combinations and the tiger form and we ended the class and then we walked home to eat dinner. After a delicious dinner of a banana split, Ross went to the skate park. His brother was already there waiting for him. It was hot. He was sweaty. He got a cloth to wipe his face. He put his helmet back on.
After a while, Ross wanted to go home and sleep for the night. So that is exactly what he did. The next day he decided that he should build a robot. So he went to the building store to get some supplies. When he got home, he built his robot. Ross built his robot, and it was all done, he turned it on. It seemed stuck. But then all of the sudden, the robot went “Coo coo” and started running in circles. It would not stop. Ross said ‘What’s going on?”The robot told Ross “You built me this way.” So Ross decided to take the robot outside to run around the circles of the leaf pile.
WHAT WE ADDED FOR OUR ENDING:
Ross’s hopes that he can make a bigger leaf pile next year, make a bigger jump and an even grader adventure. Ross wishes he could keep all the things he experienced on his adventure forever.
