Test/Quiz Correction Guidelines

TEST/QUIZ CORRECTION PROCEDURES

If you are required to correct a test or quiz, you must follow these rules to receive credit.

If you want to earn back points on your test or quiz, you must follow these rules to receive credit.

1.  All corrections must be neatly done on a separate piece of paper.
2.  The problem must be corrected showing all work.
3.  Explain what you did wrong on the test or quiz.
4.  Staple corrections to original quiz or test.

If you need help correcting, I am available to do so during X-block or on some days after school.  Ask me BEFORE the day the corrections are due.
