Men's lacrosse is a contact game played by ten players: a goalkeeper, three defense men, three midfielder's and three attack men. The object of the game is to shoot the ball into the opponent's goal. The team who has scored the most goals by the end of four quarters.

- Personal Fouls -
SLASHING: Occurs when a player's stick makes contact with the body, other than gloves or stick.
TRIPPING: Happens when a player obstructs opponent below the waist.
CROSS CHECKING: When a player use the handle, instead of head of their stick to make contact with the other opponent.
UNSPORTSMEN-LIKE CONDUCT: When a player commits an act that is considered unsportsman like.
UNNESCESSARY ROUGHNESS: When a player hits opponent with excessive force.
ILLEGAL BODY CHECK: When player hits an opponent who does not have the ball or hits a player in the side or in the back.
ILLEGAL GLOVES: When a players gloves do not meet the set standards. Gloves may not have any holes or cuts in them.- Technical Fouls -
HOLDING: When player impedes movement of opponent
OFFSIDES: When a team does not have atleast four players on the defensive side of midfield or atleast three players on the offensive side of the midfield line.
PUSHING: When a player pushes or shoves another player.
WARDING: When a player uses their free hand to ward, push away opponnent.
