The fall book fair is right around the corner and we need your help. Please consider donating a few hours of your time, or a full day if you'd like, to help make the fall fair a success.

Dates / Times: 12/1 9am - 7pm; 12/2 9am - 3:30pm; 12/3 9am - 7pm; 12/4 9am - 1:30 pm

We are looking for volunteers to help set up on 11/24, break down on 12/4, assist classes and parents find and purchase books, and reconcile sales. We welcome parents, grandparents, high school students....anyone willing to help. We are using volunteerspot.com to help organize our volunteers. We are looking for people who are interested in working on the playground committee. The construction is scheduled for the summer of 2016.
The following are some of the areas that we need help:
Grant writing
Soliciting local businesses for donations.
Selling donation bricks for a walkway.
Fundraising ideas and implementation.
Setting up online donation site.
Assisting in coordinating a community build day.
We will be planning a committee meeting in early May. Attendance is not required. There are many jobs large and small that we need assistance with. Please feel free to email with any questions, ideas and concerns to harwintonpto@outlook.com.
